Following the transition from a pharmacy lead to the Trust Digital Team, David has worked with clinical colleagues to develop a comprehensive digital transformation strategy and build a clinical team with the capability and capacity to deliver this as part of a Global Digital Exemplar Programme. A key focus is the successful deployment of electronic prescribing and medicines administration and integration of medicines data across clinical systems.

Droljc has made an active contribution to the development of good practices and methodologies in the frame of implementing the digital transformation of hospitals.
